We’re looking for Sales Associates (part-time) to elevate our flagship store that features a 450-square-meter store space spread over two floors. Are you the one to join us on this journey, marking a key milestone in CAIA’s physical expansion?

We’re on the hunt for passionate, energetic, and responsible Sales Associates who are ready to make an impact in the retail word. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Inspire customers: Be the face of our brand by delivering exceptional service, helping customers find exactly what they need, and ensuring they leave with a glowing sense of satisfaction and excitement, knowing they've had a truly unforgettable experience.

• Drive sales: Use your enthusiasm and product knowledge to engage with customers, offer great recommendations, and meet sales goals.

• Ownership: Take responsibility for keeping our store looking clean and organized. Your attention to detail will ensure customers always get a top-notch experience.

• Teamwork: Work alongside a supportive and positive team who believes in collaboration and creativity.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL SKILLS

• Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping customers and making their shopping experience exceptional.

• Strong knowledge of our products, and a passion for sharing that knowledge with customers.

• Sales-driven attitude, ability to meet sales goals and strive for personal and team success.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Open to working varied hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

• A responsible attitude with a strong sense of accountability.

• Positive energy and a friendly, approachable attitude that makes customers feel at home.

• A strong interest for working with others in a dynamic, team-driven environment.

• A flexible, "can-do" mentality, ready to tackle new challenges with enthusiasm.

• Previous retail and customer service experience is a must.

• Previous experience as a makeup artist is a plus, but not required.

Please note that availability on weekends, during holiday periods, and during peak activity times is a requirement for this position.
