About the role

As a Website Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our website content and functionality. Working closely with multiple teams, you will ensure seamless execution of product launches, sales campaigns, and content updates. You’ll be the go-to person for CMS tasks and website-related troubleshooting, contributing directly to a great customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and manage product listings in the CMS.
  • Request and coordinate product content from the content team.
  • Upload and update content in the CMS.
  • Collaborate with other teams to plan and execute content strategies.
  • Create and manage sales campaigns within the CMS.
  • Perform basic web editing and ensure website functionality.
  • Support the team with reporting, A/B testing, and data insights.
  • Liaise with customer service to investigate and resolve website issues.

Essential experiences and qualifications

  • Experience in CMS management and content updates (Askås experience is a strong plus).
  • Basic understanding of web editing, webmaster and e-commerce principles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus).

Preferred skills

  • Basic graphic design skills.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce systems and A/B testing tools.
