Payroll

Money in the bank (via bank transfer)

At Indeed, you’ll be paid monthly on the last working day of the month. As part of your on-boarding, you will be required to provide your local bank details to facilitate the payment via bank transfer.

Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)

Indeed’s equity-based incentive program.

Restricted Stock Units or “RSUs” are equity-based incentives issued by an employer in the form of company shares. At Indeed, RSUs allow recipients to receive shares, subject to vesting and other conditions, in our parent company, Recruit Holdings. Recruit is traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in Japan under symbol 6098.T.

Introduced in 2021, RSUs support long-term value creation and alignment with company performance.

RSUs may be granted to eligible employees as part of Indeed’s total rewards approach. For roles eligible for RSUs, employees will receive a new hire grant value and grant date in their offer letter.

Pension

Prepare yourself for retirement.

Retirement is an important phase in our life and here at Indeed, we want to make sure you can fulfill your retirement goals, whether it is traveling the world, buying your dream car, or setting up your own business.

Indeed contributes a percentage of your base monthly salary into your pension plan with SPP each month on your behalf! Contributions are calculated on your base salary. Contributions will be applied from the month after you join.

Life Insurance

Peace of mind for the people in your life.

We want to financially protect your family when you no longer can. You’ll be automatically signed up for our Group Life Insurance scheme through Skandia on your first day at Indeed.

Accidental Death and Disability Insurance (AD&D)

Financial support when the need arises.

We want to ensure you get financial protection through your benefits in case you are injured due to an accident in or out of work.

Indeed partners with FORA to provide you with Supplemental Accidental Death and Disability Insurance.

This coverage means you are covered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
