The Role

We're bringing on a Digital Marketing Associate to run music campaigns on Instagram, from kickoff to final report. You will own execution: creators live on time, budgets held, performance tracked, problems flagged before they grow. You'll work with support at first and independently within a few months, with a Director and experienced Managers coaching you the whole way.

What you'll do

  • Run Instagram creator campaigns for music clients end to end: creator selection, briefing, pacing, and optimization within set parameters.

  • Source creators and stay on top of what's moving on Instagram, Reels formats, audio trends, and the communities behind them.

  • Monitor performance in real time and adjust. Flag risks early, escalate fast.

  • Spot organic momentum around a campaign: unpaid creators replicating formats, niche communities adopting a sound, streaming or other signals moving. Turn what you see into a recommendation, not just a report.

  • Communicate directly with clients on status, timelines, and approvals. Every update comes with an interpretation and a next step, never raw numbers alone.

  • Learn constantly. Take feedback, apply it visibly, and ask for help early instead of getting stuck in silence.

Who you are

Must have:

  • Organized under pressure. You can run multiple campaigns with tight deadlines without dropping details.

  • You live on Instagram. You know why one Reel travels and another dies, and you think in communities, not demographics.

  • A direct communicator. You say what's happening, not what people want to hear.

  • Coachable. You take feedback and improve visibly, campaign over campaign.

  • Genuinely curious about music and internet culture, how songs break, how trends form, why some moments stick.

  • Stockholm based and on site.

  • Fluent English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience running or assisting on social campaigns, agency-side or in-house.

  • Familiarity with TikTok and how trends move between platforms. Instagram is your main field, but sounds rarely live on one platform.

  • Fluent Swedish.
