Trapets’ services simplify advanced monitoring of customers’ daily operations – from initial and ongoing customer screening to detecting money laundering, terror financing and fraud. Trapets also provides services for trading surveillance including detection of insider trading and market manipulation.

About the Role at Trapets
You will work directly with our customers in large projects and offer consulting services including process and workflow review/development, implementation and deployment strategies, software training and technical guidance as well as industry expertise to ensure customers are maximising the value from their investment in Trapets technologies.

Role Responsibilities

• Drive successful projects from start to finish, while ensuring that any gaps are uncovered and to ensure best possible solution for our customers challenges.
• Ensure that the customer is setup correctly with Trapets systems and develop innovative ways of engaging and adding value to the customers business processes through Trapets Instantwatch platform and relevant services.
• Stay up to date on industry and regulatory trends as well as continuously enhance our processes to make them more efficient and adaptable to different solution needs.
• Create documentation such as internal guidelines, customized training material etc.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Technical interest and experience of integration projects with API and complex data management.
• A consultative mindset with pedagogical skills in training and guidance of customers.
• Good financial markets knowledge ideally with some AML regulation experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation ability for a variety of stakeholders, as well as fluent English and Swedish language skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
