As a Senior Logistic Developer your responsibility is to drive digital process improvements, by configuring and proposing software tools according to the specific needs of our organization and clients. You will be part of a small team of experts and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, project managers, business managers and end-users. All to ensure that the digital tools are properly aligned with business requirements and operational processes to bring the expected result.
Job Role:

You will collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and document requirements related to warehouse operations and other relevant processes. Translate these requirements into system configurations and enhancements.

You need to stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and advancements in WMS and other supporting technologies. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, and optimization of existing standards to drive digitalization.

You will conduct thorough testing of solutions to ensure accuracy, user experience, reliability, and performance.
-
You will provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on functionalities, configurations, and best practices.
-
You will need to be able to foster a strong collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of solution and business objectives, and act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and understanding.

You will utilize your expertise in WMS software to configure the system to meet the unique needs of our organization and clients. This includes setting up workflows, advanced flow functions, and implementing business rules.
Your profile:
-
Relevant education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or similar experience.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical ideas.
-
Proficiency in configuring software to meet business requirements.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
-
Deep understanding in logistic processes from warehousing or manufacturing.
-
Experience of change management, ability to influence and manage change to get improvements understood, accepted, and implemented.
-
Understanding of databases, ability to query and analyze data. (SQL, Oracle etc)
-
Knowledge from working in a solution with logistics support systems, such as WMS, TA, WCS and TMS.

Several years working with continuous improvement. Six Sigma black belt or similar experience is favorable.

You speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English.
