Fit4Life Academy want a highly skilled and experienced Sales Expert to bring energy, experience and results spearheading an exciting and rapidly growing company

Fit4Life Academy is now going into its fourth year producing licences to other independent fitness business owners to deliver level 3 Fitness Diplomas within their facilities

We cover it all from branding, website build out's, automation, sales training, teacher training and social media makeovers

We really are innovating the industry and have a fantastic team in place and want a highly qualified individual to help us move onto the next level

The role is flexible as it is commission based. Upfront transparency is important so each sale will bring in a very rewarding, fixed commission of £500 for a new sale and £250 for an internal cross sell/up-sell with an existing client

As Director in the Company I have been doing up to 15 Sales per calendar month to give you scope and I will be creating a winning video sales presentation to ensure you can start to sell and optimise much quicker

Bonus incentives included monthly for hitting success targets and the successful candidate has the flexibility to work remotely from home

With Systems already in place using cutting edge strategy and technology I want a Sales Expert who can bring their own creative flair and attention to detail to further enhance value, customer experience and business growth

You will be at the forefront of managing sales and helping the company expand into Europe and beyond

I am looking for somebody who can bring an added skill set consisting of sales management, account management, recruitment, appointment setting, lead generation and customer success management

Having experience in generating leads across different social media platforms and having the ability to close deals and be adaptable under any circumstances is essential

I want a dynamic individual who can help manage a team to develop a sales, and social media strategy, develop and nurture leads and assist in creating resources and video content for the monthly marketing campaigns if needed

As we will be managing a multitude of clients that means excellence and attention to detail from a customer fulfilment perspective is essential

I want somebody who has that infectious, warm and relatable personality type
