Do you want to take the lead in financial planning and analysis for one of Nordics' most recognized food brands? Then this opportunity at Findus might be just what you’re looking for.

About the role

As FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for all financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities across the Nordic cluster. You will work closely with the Commercial organization, Cluster Finance Director, leadership teams, and the Shared Finance organization, acting as a strategic advisor and performance partner. This is a leadership role, and you will be a standing member of the cluster leadership team for all financial matters.

Key responsibilities

Your key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and coordinating the forecast, budget, and reporting processes
  • Providing insights and analysis to support leadership decision-making
  • Developing financial models, reports, and KPI frameworks
  • Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance
  • Driving automation and data quality improvements within FP&A
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls and supporting audit processes
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing a small FP&A team

Qualifications

You are a confident finance professional with strong analytical skills and business acumen. You have experience leading in complex environments, and you’re motivated by improving processes, challenging assumptions, and contributing to business success.

We believe you have:
  • Have a university degree in Finance or another relevant field
  • Have 5+ years of FP&A experience or a similar data driven controller role in a larger or matrixed organization
  • Have good leadership and communication skills
  • Have advanced Excel and modelling capabilities
  • Are fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Are familiar with planning systems and business intelligence tools

It is regarded as an advantage if you have experience from FMCG in a commercially oriented environment. Except for previous exposure to FP&A it is an advantage with knowledge of accounting. Experience of working in a Nordic or international cluster structure is regarded as a merit.
