About the Role
As a Project Manager at ShortLink, you will play a central role in the development of advanced technical solutions within discrete hardware, software, FPGA, and custom ASIC/IC circuits. You will lead cross-functional teams with high technical competence and be clearly responsible for ensuring projects are delivered according to defined goals in terms of quality, technology, timeline, and budget.

You will:

• Lead and motivate project teams with the right resources, methodology, and focus

• Participate in customer meetings and proposal preparation

• Develop and ensure adherence to specifications and timelines – from feasibility study to delivery

• Drive problem-solving along the way and make key decisions in collaboration with the team

• Act as a technical sounding board and the link between customers, the team, and suppliers – often in international projects

• Be an important and unifying part of the project team

• Monitor project status, quality, and progress, and report to management and the customer up to final delivery

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a university degree in engineering or a similar technical background, along with several years of experience in technical product development. You may have worked on new development projects where you contributed with specialist knowledge, for example in electronics, embedded systems, or similar fields. Experience in leading technical projects is a plus, but you might also be ready to take that step now. In any case, you are used to taking responsibility, creating structure, and communicating effectively with both technical teams and business partners.
