About the Company and Role
A prominent manufacturing company is seeking a highly skilled OneStream Architect and Development Manager to spearhead the evolution of their financial systems. Known for its innovation and excellence in manufacturing, this organization is committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology to optimize its financial management processes. As the OneStream Architect and Development Manager, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and enhancing the OneStream platform, ensuring it aligns with the company’s financial consolidation, planning, and reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture and Design:
Lead the architecture, design, and development of the OneStream platform to support the company’s financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective OneStream solutions.
Ensure the OneStream architecture is scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices and the company’s strategic objectives.
Platform Development and Optimization:
Oversee the configuration, customization, and continuous improvement of the OneStream platform to optimize financial workflows and reporting capabilities.
Implement advanced features within OneStream, such as dashboards, analytics, and automated reporting, to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
Monitor and manage system performance, ensuring the platform runs efficiently and meets business needs.
Project Management and Leadership:
Lead OneStream implementation projects, from initial planning and design through to execution and post-implementation support.
Provide leadership and technical guidance to development teams, ensuring successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Technical Integration and Support:
Design and manage integrations between OneStream and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for the OneStream platform, resolving any issues that arise.
Stay current with OneStream updates and enhancements, assessing their impact on existing configurations and processes.
Training and Documentation:
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and stakeholders on OneStream functionalities and best practices.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and integrations.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Extensive experience with OneStream platform architecture, development, and implementation.
Strong background in finance or accounting, with a solid understanding of financial consolidation and reporting processes.
Proven track record of leading OneStream projects, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
