About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and energetic Office Manager to join our global Workplaces team, overseeing the operations of our Stockholm office. In this role, you will significantly impact our culture and embody our company’s identity by fostering a positive work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
This is an autonomous role, allowing you the freedom to create and implement processes from scratch. You will work closely with our IT and Finance teams to ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
As an Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Acting as the representative of the Stockholm Office and the first point of contact for visitors and new employees.

Ensuring a great office experience for over 150 Tobii Dynavox employees and visitors.
-
Executing office-related improvement projects such as rebuilding and interior design, with a focus on sustainability.
-
Organizing and coordinating administrative duties and office procedures.
-
Planning, booking venues, and executing in-house or off-site activities (parties, celebrations, conferences) for both the entire company and individual teams.
-
Proactively managing facility vendors, including cleaning, catering, security, and fire safety services, to ensure a top-notch office experience.

Addressing employees’ queries on office-related issues.
About You:
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building things from the ground up, this role is for you. While we value an innovative mindset, the following skills will help you succeed:

At least 3 years of relevant experience in workplace management and/or hospitality.

Understanding of best practices for creating and maintaining a smooth-running office.

Proven experience working with office vendors.

Excellent communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus).

Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
