Are you an experienced front-of-house professional who thrives in a high-performance environment? A leading international finance company in central Stockholm is looking for a Senior Office Coordinator to take charge of their front-of-house operations and help ensure an exceptional workplace experience for guests and employees alike.
Working as part of a two-person team, you’ll be the face of the office – creating structure, maintaining standards, and delivering seamless, top-tier service in a fast-paced and professional setting. You’ll also support office management and collaborate with colleagues in other international offices.

What you’ll do:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, managing the full visitor journey
- Oversee reception communication (calls, emails), meeting room calendars, and bookings
- Ensure that meeting rooms, kitchens, and front-of-house areas are always spotless and well presented
- Support internal events, ad hoc initiatives, and day-to-day operational tasks
- Partner closely with the Office Manager and assist with various administrative responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams across European offices to uphold and continuously improve service standards
Who you are:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Receptionist, Office Coordinator, or Front-of-House), ideally within a fast-paced international business
- A genuine service mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks with composure and efficiency
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken; Swedish or another Scandinavian language is a plus
- Good technical skills, especially with Microsoft 365, and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach and an eye for the details that matter
- A polished, professional presence and a team-oriented mindset
