YOUR ROLE

As a Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing and supporting various applications within Microsoft 365, with a special responsibility for SharePoint. You will work with document management and M365 integrations.

You will work closely together with internal and external stakeholders, such as IT architects, Security, IT operations, Service Desk, and the business.

We strive to automate tasks and processes and you will have a key role in that. Since we are a relatively small team you will also participate in other projects within the Workplace & Collaboration unit when needed, based on your expertise.

The tasks

As the Microsoft 365 and SharePoint specialist, you will

• Design, support and maintain applications in our Microsoft 365 environments including SharePoint sites and workflows.

• Maintain templates and content types in SharePoint and Office applications

• Create training material and end user guides, and hold live training sessions

• Be part of different governance teams for applications and systems

• Provide your expertise and support to end users to ensure that they can effectively utilize Microsoft 365 and SharePoint tools and features.

• Lead or participate in various IT projects and activities

• Contribute to the strategic planning and development of our IT

WHO YOU ARE

To thrive in this role, we see that you are a positive, curious, and a driving force. You communicate well in Swedish and English and enjoy working in an international environment. You have a strong interest in IT systems and applications, and the automation of common tasks. You have the ability to see the bigger picture with a global and holistic forward-looking mindset. You are also well-structured, service-oriented and have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

The position requires in-depth knowledge of M365 and SharePoint online, and we see that you previously have worked with:

• SharePoint architecture, design, and development

• Application management and governance

• Templates and workflows

• Microsoft 365 incl. Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Copilot for Microsoft 365

• Entra ID and Active Directory

• Microsoft security solutions incl. Defender & Microsoft Information Protection/Purview

Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator or newer) are a plus.

It is also a benefit if you have worked with Atlassian product suite (Jira Service Management and Confluence in particular) and can combine the values of both Atlassian and Microsoft.

LOCATION

This is a permanent position with 40 hours/week. The position is located either in Solna or in Kiruna at our brand new office in the city center and organized in the Workplace & Collaboration Services team within Enterprise IT.

The role is security classified and Swedish citizenship is therefore required.
