Implement best practices in financial operations and continuously make improvements. Work closely with the external accounting firm to ensure compliance and accurate accounting. Conduct business controlling activities such as cost control and financial discipline throughout the company. Continuously assess the business and financials to identify risks, opportunities for cost savings and performance trends. Optimize workflows and internal controls to support scalability.

Strategic Partnerships. Develop strategic partnerships that align with the company’s objectives. Manage financial aspects of partnerships, ensuring agreements are beneficial, transparent, and aligned with business goals. Collaborate with partners to drive revenue growth.
Project Financing. Oversee the allocation of financial resources to projects, ensuring efficient tracking and distribution. Manage project payouts, ensuring that disbursements are compliant, timely and aligned with the company’s financial goals. Ensure financial accuracy on the Milkywire platform and supporting systems.
Sustainability Targets & Reporting. Lead Milkywire’s internal sustainability initiatives in alignment with the SBTi framework. Oversee sustainability reporting to ensure transparency with stakeholders.
