About the Role

In this role, you will lead a talented team in developing and executing SEM strategies that align with the global brand vision. You’ll work closely with the Barcelona HQ, ensuring that the digital presence is polished, precise, and always ahead of the competition. Your main responsibilities will include:

• • Lead SEM strategy development: Oversee the creation and implementation of SEM strategies that drive traffic and conversions for multiple watch brands.
  • Mentor and manage a team: Guide and inspire a team of SEM specialists, creating a collaborative environment that encourages growth and innovation.
  • Optimise campaign performance: Use data-driven insights to monitor, analyse, and optimise SEM campaigns, maximising ROI and ensuring alignment with global brand strategies.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with marketing teams in Malmö and Barcelona to create a seamless integration of SEM efforts across the group.
  • Stay ahead of trends: Keep up with the latest SEM techniques and technologies to maintain our competitive edge in the market.
  • Manage budgets and resources: Plan, allocate, and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources while meeting campaign objectives.

Who are you?

We believe that you have a few years of experience in SEM/PPC and Google Analytics and are ready to step into a leadership role. Fluency in English is a requirement and Swedish is an advantage. As a person we believe that you are:
