About the role

As a Mood Manager at Froda, your role is pivotal in enhancing our vibrant workplace culture. You'll be the heartbeat of our office, ensuring that our environment is not only welcoming but also inspires creativity and collaboration.

You will…

  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests, candidates and employees providing support and promptly addressing their needs to ensure they feel welcomed from the moment they step through the door.
  • Uphold a safe, healthy, and inviting work environment for both employees and guests, making our office a place where everyone loves to be.
  • Plan, coordinate, and promote team events and activities including summer party, holiday celebrations and company milestones
  • Manage local vendor relationships and other service providers, ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Oversee the procurement and maintenance of all office supplies, keeping our workspace well-stocked and organized.
  • Support IT, Operations, HR, and Staffing teams with onboarding, playing a key role in welcoming new team members.
  • Assist HR and operations with administrative tasks as needed

Who you are

  • You're motivated, proactive, and dependable.
  • Organized, solution-driven approach.
  • An ambassador of our culture, bringing positive energy.
  • Curious and eager to delve deeper into Froda.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • 1-2 years of professional experience.
  • Previous experience in entrepreneurship, event planning, project management, or office management is a plus.
