Are you the next member to join our team of captains who are passionate about food, beverage and service?

We are now expanding our team and are looking for a captain to join our enthusiastic and passionate team at the three Michelin starred Frantzén.
Frantzén is the pride and joy of the Frantzén Group, the restaurant was awarded with it's third star in Guide Michelin in 2018. With the philosophy of casual elegance, we serve gastronomy grounded in the modern Nordic cuisine with influences from Japan.
The successful candidate:
- Has at least 3 years of experience within a Michelin star environment.
- Will be expected to provide the highest levels of service to our guests and gain extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu.
- Has excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for delivering first class service. And a willingness to learn are essential in this role.
- Is a team player and will assist throughout the restaurant by ensuring that every opportunity to give high-quality service is completed. Teamwork is essential and required by all our staff.
