You will take charge of project delivery, ensuring electrical installations are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership on-site, close collaboration with clients and contractors, and a sharp eye for safety, quality, and efficiency.

Electrical Construction Manager Skills:
  • Electrical trade qualification or degree in electrical engineering.
  • Proven experience in managing electrical construction projects, ideally in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors.
  • Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, installation techniques, and safety standards.
  • Solid understanding of project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Experience working with H&S regulations (ISO, Safe Electric, etc.) and implementing site safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project) and industry-standard construction software.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills, with experience liaising with clients, consultants, and site teams.
As an Electrical Construction Manager:
  • Oversee electrical construction activities from start to finish, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Lead and manage on-site electrical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep the project moving efficiently.
  • Work closely with the project management team, ensuring electrical works align with overall construction timelines and targets.
  • Ensure strict adherence to H&S regulations, carrying out risk assessments, safety inspections, and enforcing best practices.
  • Take responsibility for material procurement, logistics, and coordination, ensuring availability of equipment and minimizing delays.
  • Monitor work quality, progress, and productivity, solving problems proactively and keeping everything on track.
  • Manage technical queries, RFIs, and design coordination, collaborating with engineers, consultants, and clients.
  • Attend progress meetings, providing updates on electrical scope, budget, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, including daily reports, method statements, and handover documentation.
  • Support the commissioning, testing, and handover of electrical systems, ensuring full functionality before project completion.
  • Keep up with new technologies, industry regulations, and best practices to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Handle any other duties necessary to support successful project execution.
The Package:
Salary will be DOE, but you can expect a salary of at least to €80,000 plus package more.
