The Role:

We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join us as a foundational team member at Aloi. This is a critical role where you’ll work directly with our founders to establish the technical foundation for the company. You’ll play a key part in driving our technical vision and creating scalable solutions that address complex legal challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality, robust, and scalable AI-driven applications from conception to deployment.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on innovative solutions to complex legal challenges.
• Implement advanced AI models and algorithms tailored for the legal industry.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of our AI systems through continuous testing and refinement.

Technical Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field. Exceptional candidates with proven track records are also welcome.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (C/C++, Go, Rust, etc.) and familiarity with AI.
• A proven track record of successful, innovative, and impactful software development projects.
• Ability to contribute across the stack with a familiarity in both backend and frontend technologies.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for AI services and data processing.
• Contributions to open-source projects related to AI, machine learning, or innovative software solutions.
• Experience with distributed computing for scaling AI solutions and managing large datasets.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices and data privacy regulations.
• Familiarity with the legal industry and its unique challenges.
• Located in Stockholm for effective collaboration.
