Senior Communicator with Change Management Expertise – Transformation Program Support
A major organizational transformation is currently underway to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the global transport industry. As part of this strategic initiative, most Research & Development operations are aligning with an international group structure, enhancing collaboration across global sister brands.
To successfully support this complex transition—scheduled for legal implementation by July 1st, 2025—a skilled and experienced professional is sought to join the core program team. This role will directly assist the Program Manager and lead key communication and change management activities to ensure stakeholders remain informed, engaged, and prepared throughout the process.
Assignment Type
Hybrid setup (split between on-site and remote work)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
Preferred Experience
Background in organizational change, communication, and transformation programs
Familiarity with redeployment processes is an advantage, but not a requirement
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communication
Plan, develop, and deliver communication initiatives that support the transition journey across all organizational levels
Translate central cross-brand communication strategies into tailored activities specific to local needs
Collaborate with project leads to identify communication needs and implement engaging, transparent messaging
Develop and execute communication strategies for processes such as employee transfers and potential redeployment
Ensure messaging is consistent, clear, and aligned across all platforms and formats
Change Management & Engagement
Support the implementation of change strategies that drive understanding, acceptance, and engagement across the workforce
Organize events such as town halls and workshops to foster open dialogue and support for the transition
Coordinate training efforts in collaboration with central teams and content providers
Align change activities with existing frameworks and adapt them to the specific needs of affected teams
Cross-functional Collaboration
Actively participate in international communication workstreams to ensure alignment and consistency
Work closely with central project teams, HR representatives, corporate communication units, and legal experts to ensure unified messaging
Maintain ongoing dialogue with internal stakeholders, including leadership, managers, and employees, to build trust and reduce uncertainty

Strong ability to simplify complex topics into clear, accessible communication
Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders
Capable of engaging with all levels of the organization, from executives to front-line staff
Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
High level of initiative and ability to prioritize effectively under shifting demands
Core Competencies
Demonstrated experience in internal communication and organizational change
Strong storytelling skills adaptable to both strategic and operational contexts
Proficiency with internal communication tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and other M365 platforms
Skilled in designing professional and visually compelling presentation material (PowerPoint, etc.)
Track record of success in cross-functional or transformation program settings
