As the Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in different projects from start to finish. The role will focus on planning external events and internal projects. Your role will involve coordinating between different teams to secure alignment towards operational objectives and deliverables within deadlines.

The main objective will be to ideate, plan and execute the various projects as well as securing the quality, efficiency and synergies across the organization.

This role requires love for multitasking, coordinating and problem solving - where finding creative solutions and a know-how attitude is key. The role is on-site at our office in Stockholm and on a full-time basis. We would love for you to start as soon as possible.

What you will do at a glance

  • Plan, coordinate and manage various projects from idea phase to completion
  • Create Sweed experiences aligned with our brand’s vision and purpose
  • Joining forces with cross-functional teams to align each department’s efforts within different projects and Sweed’s overall objectives
  • Create and manage comprehensive project timelines and production schedules
  • Develop and implement standardized processes and workflows to optimize the process
  • Working collaboratively to design and facilitate operations across the company
  • Collaborate with Senior team to define project timelines, milestones and deliverables
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address any issues or risk that may impact delivery
  • Serve as liaison between teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines and requirements

What you should possess to excel in this role

  • An education within related fields such as project management, business administration or other related fields
  • At least 2 years of experience in project planning role
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
  • Naturally diplomatic. Exceptional organization, communication and collaboration skills.
