Bosch Thermoteknik AB in Tranås develops, manufactures, and sells heat pumps for the European market. We are approximately 900 employees and from part of the large Bosch Group, which consists of approximately 409,000 employees worldwide.

In Tranås there is a production unit and a competence and development center. The heat pumps we manufacture draw energy from different sources - the mountain, the water, or the air. Your contribution to something big

During your summer job at the department for international technical support and training you will get a broad insight into project management, training and market communication. The focus will be set on your skills and your field of interest. That gives you the chance to drive your own topics.

• Support with maintenance of information platforms for internal and external stakeholders.
• Actively support in the department’s market communication.
• Actively participate in the department’s improvement and development activities.
• Support your team with daily ad hoc tasks (e.g. maintain department databases and other organizational topics).
• Support in digitalization of trainings.

What distinguishes you

Personality:

• You have an optimistic attitude, innovative spirit and good communication skills.
• You have social competence, the endurance to follow up tasks and the ability to work efficiently in a team.

Working Practice:

• You can work independently and have a structured and well-organized way of working, with a strong sense of taking own initiatives.

Experience and Knowledge:

• You have already gathered some previous work experience.
• You are confident in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Language:

• You are fluent in English, both verbally and written.

Education:

• Your are currently a student pursuing, alternatively have just completed, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, engineering, international communication or comparable.

Duration of the summer job: approx. 2-3 months depending on e.g your studies, preferably starting in the beginning of June 2025.
