Are you a skilled communicator with a strong understanding of financial markets and a passion for building investor relationships? Cinclus Pharma, a global and publicly listed company in the pharmaceutical industry, is looking for a Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications to be the primary voice representing the company to investors, analysts, and key stakeholders.

About the Role

As the Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Cinclus Pharma, you will:

• Serve as the company’s primary spokesperson to investors, analysts, and financial stakeholders, clearly articulating Cinclus Pharma’s vision and strategic objectives.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to attract the right investors and enhance the company’s visibility in the financial community.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and updates to investors, analysts, and potential partners, ensuring transparency, consistency, and alignment with regulatory standards.
• Represent Cinclus Pharma at key financial forums and events, actively positioning the company as a leading player in the industry and fostering relationships with the right investors and analysts.
• Collaborate with the management team and other departments to ensure seamless and professional handling of all investor interactions and communications.

Who We Are Looking For

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, communications, or a related field, with additional education.
• Experience in life sciences being highly desirable.
• Experience in investor relations, equity analysis, strategic communication, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to deliver complex financial messages in a compelling and trustworthy manner.
• Experience working with publicly listed companies and a thorough understanding of financial markets and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to building relationships in an international environment.
