In addition, we are always trying to build deep and sustained cooperation with our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop new distributors and maintain the daily operations of existing distributors, maintaining relationships and strengthening cooperation;
  • Assist distributors in developing new channels, expanding market reach, increasing the brand's coverage and sales in Sweden, and achieving sales targets;
  • Assist the MD in maintaining and managing Key Accounts, collecting, analyzing, and providing feedback on data to maximize brand sales in the KA channels;
  • Collaborate with the HQ team to implement headquarters' market strategies, ensuring channel strategies are executed through the MD and sub-distributors;
  • Conduct regular business reviews and sales analysis for major clients, providing valuable insights and recommendations to strengthen client relationships;
  • Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics, adjusting client strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

  • At least five years of sales experience, with experience in KA development and management preferred;
  • Experience in the tobacco industry is highly preferred; experience in FMCG industry is preferred;
  • Language skills: Swedish and English as working languages;
  • Strong interpersonal and crisis management skills;
  • Abel to work in Sweden without requirement of visa sponsorship;
  • Possession of a driver's license and a car.
