The role

TOTEME is looking for a Creative Studio Assistant to join our team in Stockholm full-time. In this entry level position, you will report to the Head of Creative Studio and collaborate with teams across the company to ensure smooth creative processes. As an integral part of TOTEME’s projects, you will contribute to the development and execution of our creative vision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct creative research and market analysis for ongoing and upcoming projects (e.g., campaigns, lookbooks, shoots, e-commerce, shows).
• Prepare documents, presentations, and creative briefs for internal and external use.
• Assist in material sourcing for brand collateral, following the direction from the graphic design team.
• Develop digital and physical mock-ups of campaigns and brand materials.
• Support the retouch workflow by reviewing and providing feedback on images, ensuring they meet brand standards.
• Assist in creating retouch comments and guidelines for our e-commerce shoots, with the goal of eventually managing this process.
• Maintain the creative studio’s organization, including the archival system and sample library.

Your profile

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign), with an understanding of graphic design workflows.
• Knowledge of photo retouching and the ability to oversee the retouching process.
• Experience in creating physical mock-ups and print production processes.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's headquarters in Stockholm, starting as soon as possible.
