We are looking for a caring and service-minded individual who takes pride in providing the warmest guest experience possible. You make people feel like family.


Media Evolution has been around for 15 years. We are a non-profit membership organization with members from the private sector, academia and the public sector. We are a neutral platform with convergence between disciplines and organizations as our holy grail. We have a strong desire to be pioneers in our field and deliver world-class activities on the edge of imaginable horizons.


For twelve years we have run and cared for our place at Stora Varvsgatan 6 in Malmö. For many it is a place for work, meetings and food. And it is, it’s a co-working space. Yet if you look beyond the surface, it is much more than that. It is a place eager to address questions of what work is – why we work, how we work, when we work and what the meaning of work is. Later in the year, we’ll add a library – a physical incarnation of our foresight work.

…someone who has a passion for providing exceptional service and a commitment to hospitality. You are a caring and outgoing person who enjoys interacting with people. We believe you are structured and take pride in your attention to detail. You know what you want and you don’t give up until it gets done, problems are there to be solved. You are creative and would like to learn more about how to create memorable experiences, big and small. In the front desk at Media Evolution you’ll encounter lots of new faces on a daily basis which makes good social skills and the ability to build positive relationships a plus.


We are looking for you who have:

  • A feeling of pride and take enjoyment in working with hospitality and customer service

  • Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • A strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • A positive and upbeat personality


Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing warm and friendly, yet professional, service to our guests

  • Maintain a clean and organized entrance area with a warm and welcoming atmosphere

  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any technical issues

  • Perform administrative tasks such as meeting room bookings, invoicing, error reports etc.

  • Prepare meeting rooms for guests (setting, furnishing, technical support)

Employment: Full time employment
