About the job
As a Solutions Architect, you will be the technical backbone in new business opportunities and customer engagements. Your mission? To translate customer needs into hybrid cloud solutions and digital workplace services that align with both customer needs as well as Tele2s product strategy. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers and Service Delivery Managers to design, optimize, and deliver winning solutions. Additionally, you will work together with other Solution architects to design complete solutions based on Tele2 B2B full product portfolio.
Your main responsibilities include:

  • Leading technical design processes in sales cases (workshops, customer meetings, data collection)
  • Guiding customers to the right solution based on their needs and Tele2s strategic direction
  • Challenging customers and internal teams to push boundaries, achieve value adding solutions and maybe even in a new way of thinking
  • Responding to technical requirements in tenders and customer dialogues
  • Analyzing current and desired customer architectures
  • Delivering technical system sketches, solution descriptions, and quotes
  • Supporting sales and service teams during customer meetings
  • Staying on top of market trends, technologies, and services to ensure relevance
  • Contributing to Tele2s future product development with input from customer needs

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in technical solution design, preferably within hybrid cloud
  • Solid understanding of private and public cloud technologies
  • Experience working closely with sales teams in a pre-sales or design role
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g. Nutanix, Azure, AWS, or similar)
  • Experience in Microsoft Modern Work Services
  • Previous experience in B2B solution architecture or technical consulting
