The Senior Producer develops and executes content pieces and works closely with the Programming and Communications teams to meet audience objectives and the needs of the business. As a Senior Producer at Red Bull, you will work with the local creative community to develop and produce content ranging from strategic long form, serialized formats to single short form video content for social use - and will be responsible for the creative quality, distinctiveness, strength of narrative storytelling, and execution. Your goal is to create content that will reach and engage key local audiences (and when appropriate international audiences).

CONTENT AND PRODUCTION

The Senior Producer will develop and produce innovative, high-quality content that is always in line with the brand attitudes, values and quality standards of Red Bull. Moreover, the Senior Producer will also identify and develop new story angles for existing projects, genres and recurring content opportunities. At the same time, the Senior Producer is responsible to ensure that all productions are executed in line with the Red Bull Media House Production Management guidelines and requirements (i.e. proper rights clearance, delivery standards, metadata, production schedules, budgets, etc.). To summarize the Senior Producer will execute exceptional productions from concept phase to final delivery, regardless of budget, aligned with the defined holistic content strategy. Some of the formats you’ll work with is: Live broadcasts, Documentaries, YouTube-videos, short form social medias, and more.

STORYTELLING

As a Senior Producer you have an innate ability to tell great stories with video and you have a deep understanding for what makes exceptional storytelling, and how to get there. You are used to working with traditional story arcs, but are driven to always innovating in implementing them into other mediums – eg. YouTube, TikTok. When there’s a story hook, you are curious and knows what questions to ask to dive deeper, revealing the true substance.

PARTNERSHIP AND NETWORK BUILDING

As a Senior Producer you will build and maintain a network of companies, creative professionals, agencies, co-producers and partners within Sweden. You will work with top production partners and talent in the local market, to deliver state-of-the-art content from editorial to technical perspectives. The Senior Producer will collaborate regularly with international Red Bull producers, ensuring full transparency regarding project status and timelines. Also, the role will be working closely with distribution partners and channels to optimize and give wings to partnerships.

Kvalifikationer

Experience in content workflows and content delivery and management processes.

Strong background of working in high end content production

Proven experience of managing the delivery of video production projects – from long-form series to one-off large budget filming projects.

Have experience with a wide range of video productions, from ‘run and gun’ shoots to large-scale set-ups and be able to get the best results from every budget and scenario. You may also have experience of filming your own content and be very familiar with the tools and equipment required to achieve your vision.

An agile team player that knows how to get the work done, be adaptive, stay well organized, motivated, and open-minded.

Fluent in Swedish, proficient in English (written and spoken).
