With operations spanning Ireland, the UK, and Europe, your new Irish company are looking you to join their team for a key project in Gävle as an Electrical Project Manager.

Electrical Project Manager Skills:
  • 5–7 years of experience in Project Management within the electrical industry, ideally with a recognised contractor.
  • A trade qualification and/or a relevant third-level degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of EHS requirements and safety compliance.
  • Experience with complex electrical installations and their quality standards.
As an Electrical Project Manager:
  • Oversee the initial site setup and mobilisation of management and trade teams.
  • Develop and implement site-specific project plans as required.
  • Monitor site teams, including direct and agency trade staff, ensuring productivity and quality standards.
  • Conduct EHS and QA/QC audits, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality requirements.
  • Manage project schedules, tracking progress and issuing notices where necessary.
  • Handle project commercials, including budget management and cost control.
  • Attend client meetings, ensuring effective communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Oversee procurement and management of project materials, plant, and equipment.
  • Ensure daily and weekly installation measures are accurately recorded.
  • Prepare and submit labour allocation reports, ensuring accuracy.
  • Work closely with finance and procurement teams to manage financial reporting and procurement activities.
  • Assist in the final account stage, supporting QS and client negotiations.
  • Manage the demobilisation of site teams upon project completion.
  • Ensure the project is delivered on schedule and within budget.
The Package:
Salary will be DOE, but you can expect a salary of at least to €80,000 plus package & more.
