Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a member of the Operation Readiness team, you will be a part of a toolbox team of specialists who are the link between our Service Operations organization and the rest of the company. In this team we have Business Developers, Business and Data Analysts, Process Managers and a group of Change Managers providing change control.

For the role as Problem Coordinator, you will be working and collaborating with different teams, areas and organizations within Tele2, while alerting our stakeholders of advancement. You will work closely with the Process Manager to follow up on KPIs and data to find improvements to make sure we are process adherent. Since the Incident, Problem and Change process are tightly connected you will also support in the other processes as well, but your focus will be the Problem process.


In this role you are expected to be insight driven, for Tele2 to make necessary actions and improvements based on data collected. You will also educate and collaborate with different areas within Tele2. You will be the driver to follow up on Lessons Learn meetings, you will hold stakeholder meeting and be the go-to person from the organization with questions. For this role you need to have a high level of supporting and collaborating skills.

My name is Agnes Elde-Johansson, and my aim is to form a tactical team with a broad range of skills and competences which can support and help our fellow co-workers in Service Operations as well as stakeholders at Tele2. We are a driven team of specialists with one common aim, to deliver on our internal and external promises. This is a fun, newly formed team with years of experience within both Tele2 and telecommunications in general.


It is important for me to engage and involve all the Operations Readiness team members to collaborate and to utilize our collective expertise, evolving into something more than we are today.
