Purpose of the function
Tele2 B2B Mobile Networks is responsible for 4G and 5G Network solutions specifically designed for Tele2 B2B customers with the anticipation to grow even further in importance coming years along the evolution of 5G capabilities.

As a Commercial Product Manager within Tele2 B2B organization, you will have the mandate, in close cooperation with other units within B2B organization, to excel the portfolio for 4G and 5G Mobile Network services to Tele2 B2B customers. Your main contribution and responsibilities are;

  • Own and maximize P&L performance of the Tele2 B2B Mobile Networks portfolio
  • Own, develop and optimize the portfolio for Tele2 B2B Mobile Networks portfolio
  • Champion business growth and excellence through innovation in new services, business models and proposition design
  • Improve Tele2’s position on the market for B2B Mobile Networks portfolio

Key Responsibilities in the role include

  • P&L management, including budget, forecasting and follow-up for Tele2 B2B Mobile Networks portfolio
  • Evolve and establish a strong market position for Tele2 B2B Mobile Networks portfolio services through own capabilities and selected partnerships
  • Champion and lead Tele2 B2B innovation journey, based on new network capabilities, towards 5G monetization
  • Business steering and prioritization for Tele2 B2B Mobile Networks portfolio
  • Ownership of commercial product strategy development and detailing into roadmap execution
  • Ownership of the business framework for Tele2 B2B Mobile Networks portfolio with focus on agreements, business rules, partnerships and business models
  • Business casing and commercial/financial decision making

The preferred position is located in our headquarter in Kista, Stockholm and we offer a hybrid workplace.

Who are you?

  • Strong commercial experience within Telecom sector with focus on market positioning, partnerships and business development
  • Strong experience in driving innovation and new service development cross several functional areas
  • Strong business acumen with excellence in understanding revenue & cost dynamics in a complex business
  • Strong product development skills with ability to take a business idea into a commercial product
  • Technical understanding in the domain of Mobile Networks (4G and 5G)
  • Proven track record of leading innovation that has generated tangible value for consumers
  • Strong leadership and team-player capabilities, with excellent communication skills, to efficiently collaborate in a cross-functional environment

Nice to haves:


  • High proficiency in quantitative tools, such as Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to compile presentations for diverse set of stakeholders and higher management teams
