About the job

As a member in our IAM team, you will provide seamless IT onboarding and offboarding experiences, manage identities and entitlements, and protect our systems using tools like IBM Security Suite for identity and access management and Delinea (PAM). You will contribute to maintaining and improving our identity and access management services, while driving a strong security posture across the organization, where we in the end enabling the organization to comply with laws and regulations.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain services within the IBM security suite

• Work with Privileged Access Management

• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, as our team is central to the business

• Act as an IAM specialist, offering support and guidance on identity and access domain

• Share your expertise with the team and learn new skills from others

• Follow best practices to ensure we deliver robust, reliable services, and encourage continuous improvement within the team

Who are you?

We believe you’re someone who enjoys seeing the bigger picture while being hands-on with the details. You like to dive into challenges, collaborate, and take the lead in shaping robust, secure solutions.

• Experience with Delinea, IBM Security Identity/Governance Manager (ISIM), IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA) or similar systems

• Strong understanding of scripting languages

• Coding experience in languages such as Java

• Familiarity with authentication and authorization standards (OIDC, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0)

• Basic knowledge of security concepts (e.g., encryption with keys, SSL/TLS, HTTPS)
