As our Marketing & Brand Coordinator, you’ll be part of NIRA Dynamics’ Marketing & Sales team and work closely with our Marketing & Sales Manager, HR, and other internal stakeholders and teams. Your mission is to drive and execute our communication plan across digital channels, with a strong focus on building and strengthening our brand.
You will be responsible for developing content and campaigns that increase visibility, attract talent, and position NIRA as a thought leader in our field. This is a hands-on, dynamic role where you’ll combine strategic thinking with creative execution.
Your key responsibilities
- Drive and manage our communication plan in digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals. This includes employer branding initiatives in collaboration with HR.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities across digital and print.
- Design and manage visual assets such as brochures, presentations, trade show graphics, and more.
- Be responsible for our website, including content updates and structure improvements (no coding needed).
- Develop and run digital advertising campaigns via Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, etc.
- Work with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot) to drive lead generation, email campaigns, and nurture flows.
- Analyze and optimize conversion paths and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Support the planning and execution of trade shows, events, and other brand activities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials.
- Create and manage content – from text and images to video.
- Be active in our social media channels and contribute to building our digital presence.

We don’t expect you to know everything from day one, but we believe you have:
- Previous experience in marketing, including hands-on work with digital tools and advertising platforms.
- A good eye for layout and design, with knowledge of tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Experience coordinating campaigns and driving lead generation.
- Familiarity with marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM platforms.
- Comfort managing websites (without coding).
- Great communication skills in both Swedish and English — other languages are a plus.
- A strong interest in employer branding and talent attraction.
- Interest in using AI tools for content creation and testing new technologies that boost creativity and efficiency.
