Are you a fluent Swedish speaker with strong English skills (B2 level or higher)? Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer support? We are looking for talented individuals to join our customer service team in Greece for a well-known global streaming service project.

Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will support Swedish-speaking customers with a wide range of inquiries related to billing, subscriptions, technical issues, and content availability. This is a remote position based in Greece, with full relocation support provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle billing-related issues such as payment failures, cancellations, and refunds
• Assist with account access, login, and subscription management
• Provide technical support for streaming errors, app issues, and device compatibility
• Respond to questions about content availability and language settings
• Support customers with promo code inquiries and partnership-related issues
• Engage in retention efforts by understanding customer concerns and offering suitable solutions

Requirements:

• Fluency in Swedish (C2 level)
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
• Strong technical aptitude
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work Monday to Sunday between 10:00 – 21:00 (rotational shifts)
• Ability to relocate to Greece (remote work from within Greece)
