We are currently seeking an Investor Relations Director for our client in Sweden. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategies to manage and enhance the company's relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. This role requires the creation and dissemination of clear, accurate, and consistent financial and strategic information to ensure that stakeholders are well-informed and aligned with the company’s vision.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the company's investor relations strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for analysts, institutional investors, and other financial stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute press releases, earnings reports, investor presentations, and other financial materials.
• Provide senior leadership with insights on investor sentiment, concerns, and questions, helping to guide corporate decision-making.
• Analyze shareholder base and identify opportunities to expand investor relationships.
• Act as the company’s spokesperson on financial matters, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Participate in strategic discussions and help shape the company’s capital markets strategy.
• Develop proactive communication strategies to mitigate risks and address potential investor concerns.

Requirements:

• Suitable educational background in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Extensive experience in investor relations, finance, or corporate communications in a stock listed company.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, investment analysis, and corporate finance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and analysts.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives.
• Proven track record in managing earnings calls and investor meetings.
• English and Swedish language skills, Finnish language skills considered as a benefit.
