Job Summary:

As part of our legal team, you will report to the Group Legal Counsel and will play a key role in providing legal support across various aspects of our global operations. This position will be based in Gothenburg, Sweden .

Key responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents
• Advising on commercial agreements, regulatory matters, and corporate governance
• Supporting risk management and compliance initiatives
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align legal support with business objectives
• Conducting legal research and monitoring regulatory developments

Your profile:

MUST HAVES:

• Swedish law degree (Juristexamen, minimum 270 hp/4.5 years)
• 1–3 years of post-graduation experience in contract drafting and negotiations (either in-house or at a law firm)
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English ( including Legal English)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment

Good to have:

• Experience in International legal matters
• Knowledge of GDPR and governance
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
