Here is an opportunity to join a strong finance team and work towards the Marketing/Category organization in Arla Sweden.

Are you ambitious and passionate about working with commercial business? Then you may be our new Finance Business Partner in Stockholm. It is our task to be a progressive sounding board for our Swedish sales and marketing organization. Through intelligent analysis and thoroughly contemplated impact studies, we create value for our stakeholders in Arla Sweden.

How you will make an impact

In this position you will be the Finance Business Partner to the Marketing/Category organization supporting their growth agenda in Arla Sweden. You will be working cross Arla’s total brand/category portfolio. Key in your role is to enable your business partners to make solid and data-based decisions, performance tracking and turning data into insights that you communicate to the team. You will work closely to the team in building solid business cases for our NPD process. Moreover, you will play a key role in our strategic agenda supporting our long-term strategic projects and yearly business planning process. Monthly close, Forecasting and marketing spend controlling is also a vital part of your job.

What will make you successful

The key to success in this position is your proactive mindset, and your ability to build relationships with key stakeholders by using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Thus, we imagine that you are a commercial finance professional and:

• You hold a Bachelor or Master in Business and Economics or similar
• You combine your degree with at least 3-5 years of proven successful experience from finance controlling, forecasting, planning or similar, preferably within a FMCG company
• You have a good understanding of business and financial analysis, result follow-up and the ability to handle and interpret large quantities of data in Excel
• Strong skills in English is a requirement
• IT skills – full proficiency Excel and PowerPoint is a requirement, ERP system (preferably SAP R/3) and know how in building reports in Power BI is a merit
