What are we looking for in an employee?

We are looking for motivated, skilled, and hands-on professionals ready to show initiative and creativity in problem-solving to join our growing engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up new data centers, as well as maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting existing data centers to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Setting up, commissioning, and maintenance of data centers
• Ensuring the operational health of servers and network systems around the clock (24/7)
• Managing and maintaining low-voltage power distribution systems
• Installing and configuring server hardware and network cabling installation
• Optimizing the data center’s physical arrangement and environmental conditions for peak performance
• Monitoring data center operations continuously and implementing security measures to protect the infrastructure
• Reacting quickly to technical issues and conducting root cause analysis for recurring problems
• Ensuring all activities comply with industry standards and regulations and maintaining detailed documentation
• Working with other teams and providing updates to management as needed
• Implementing necessary upgrades and recommending improvements to enhance the data center’s performance

Criteria for your role with us are:

• Basic understanding of IT network infrastructure and cabling
• Basic knowledge of occupational safety and electrical engineering, previous experience with tasks related to electrical engineering
• Experience in working in a data center (GPU/HPC environments)
• Experience in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or network technology
• Effective organizational and communication skills
• Computer literacy and competence with MS Office applications and Google Workspace
• Basic knowledge of the English language

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering or Information Technology
• The ability to independently solve basic problems in the field of electrical engineering and networks
• Knowledge of the blockchain technology
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (or similar tool)
