The job is easy (material handling). Can be very slow or quick paced... except even when it's hectic, people move as if they are on their way to sleep. The management is too laxed on this issue. May sound like a dream, but if you like to get things done and do your job efficiently, it gets extremely annoying working with others.

Etant seul productif, j'ai eu envie de me donner à fond pour l'entreprise afin de pouvoir donner un maximal de satisfaction aux clients ainsi qu'aux véhicules de la marque en effectuant des réparations de qualité dans les règles données par le constructeur. Niveau management j'étais en totale autonomie, gestion du temps, des pièces de rechange, de la remontée d'informations relative aux divers pannes récurrentes produit, gestions des garanties, etc. Toujours mettre un point d'honneur à avoir un poste de travail propre et décent car de nombreux client venaient voir l'atelier. L'aspect le plus agréable était le fait d'avoir une relation client qui avec le temps est devenue privilégie du fait de notre affection commune envers SAAB.

This company, while it offers a job, it's not a decent job, if you care to advance into other fields, and mostly just gives you experience with customer service, minor bookkeeping & clerical work, cleaning, money handling, some food & drink service, and only the barest of technical work. Their facilities are fairly clean, but equipment is either worn out or past its due. Machines required to work the register, and make transactions are somewhat faulty, and the pumps themselves can be very faulty at times. The carwash, vacuums, and air pump are old, worn out, and suffer from public abuse. As a company, it's run as cheaply as possible to garner profit, often neglecting things that need repair, and as the company has its employees sign agreement contracts stating no holiday pay, no paid vacations, no paid sick days, etcetera... and the fact that almost no employees get raises, and even store managers only get paid a couple dollars more than the low staff, they save money. I don't suggest working for them, unless you're desperate for work. They don't tend to hire decent workers on average, many of whom are either corrupt, immature, or otherwise unreliable, and with the stresses, including dealing with disgruntled or angry customers, drama, and the low pay without actual benefits, the turn over rate is relatively high. The store management itself isn't too bad, and they often try hard at their jobs, but the company management/ owners have various issues that are suspect, but as a lowly worker there you may find yourself rather ignorant and relying on rumors of things to come - mer...
