There is no trust in the staff and the top of the management talks about everyone, with everyone, behind everyone's backs, is promising staff to get new better titles, but someone else has to clean it up to the disappointed employees when it does not get off. The company pumps out that they are thinking about the staff, that they have a big heart and that it's a fun business to work in, but it's just the opposite. The employees are working so hard and just get the feeling that they are not worth anything. You don't know what you can expect the next day. A new short deadline or being kicked? The culture at work is stress, insecurity and lack of trust and it goes right from the top to the bottom.
