Your mission is to give our Danish customers great
service by answering their questions over phone, e-mail and social
media. You will be involved in different projects such as increasing
customer satisfaction or improving routines and processes - all to
enable us to deliver the best solutions possible to our customers. The
Customer Service department is a central part of Klarna and your work
will have a direct impact on our customer satisfaction.
