Aritco is a world leading manufacturer of platform lifts and home lifts. Aritco has about 90 employees and annual sales of around 50 Million USD. Aritco produces two types of lifts, LIVING, which is a collection of home lifts for the private market and PRIME which is a collection of platform lifts for the public market. Sales are made through the 120 or so independent partners, who are spread across virtually the entire world. Read more about the company at Aritco is expanding and are now looking for an Area Sales Manager with responsibility for the markets in England and Germany. The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden but includes travelling to both countries.
Your role will be to expand the markets in England and Germany, your primary responsibility will be to support and developing already existing resellers, but also to find and train new resellers in order to widen Aritco´s market outreach and penetration. You will have responsibility to generate new business and follow-up of the entire sales process. The resellers are mainly; among others elevator contractors, builders and architects. The position will also include support to resellers including regular product and sales training, as well as after sales services and feedback customer inputs on products, pricing, processes etc. You will also create activity plans and participate in trade-fairs in order to find new distributors.
Krav på person
We are looking for a person whom has a proven track record of Business to Business Sales in an international environment. Preferable you have a few years experience of the German market. You must have experience from contract negotiations and the relevant laws and regulations that apply to trade in respective regions. It is an advantage if you have any kind of technical education or training. Moreover you must have the ability to express yourself in German and English; both orally and in writing. To succeed in the position you need to have the ability to structure deals based on customer needs, be results- oriented and like meeting people. As a person you are outgoing, confident and positive.
