Gondrand Stella AB - the swedish subsidiary of the
Gondrand Group- is currently looking for a
proactive, hands-on and dynamic Financial
Controller. The person will be part of the
department of Finance.
The role as Financial Controller is broad and will
serve as a challenge and opportunity on an
international area. The position is located in
Main responsibilities and tasks will involve:
Participate into the monthly closing as well as
the annual closing
Provide the management with
monthly/quarterly analysis and KPI
actions to improve the operational performances
and to steer the business
Deliver the monthly
reporting to the Headquarter in Switzerland
and then optimize processes and IT related tools
to automate tasks
Provide all necessary value-added
analyses for decision making
Update and streamline
IT Tools and systems to support
financials Candidate profile
You have at least 5 years experience in an
accounting/finance team in an international
company. You have been exposured to corporate
reporting, monthly closing process and IFRS and
accounting rules. You have a university degree in
business administration and accounting. You are
proficient in English both oral and written.
Ability to understand and speak Swedish is
required. Strong Excel and financial programs
skills are required.
You have a proactive and dynamic personality
willing to streamline and improve processes and
tools. You are a structured individual, ambitious
with a powerful self-drive and you have the
ability to see the big picture. You are a positive
and service minded person who likes to work in a
group and build professional relationships with
internal and external parties.
