Support the daily operations of the Country Office Sweden with operational and administrative tasks:
Assist with internal and external relevant IATA projects;
Handle and process Contract Clearance Forms, Purchase Orders, Business Travel Requests, Expense Reports and assist with general administration;
Handle contracts and invoices;
Liaise with the Madrid Service Center;
Assist Management during move of premises and migration of services to Madrid.
Qualifications and Skills
Recent university graduate or in the last phase of a graduate program;
Knowledge of the aviation industry would be an asset;
Able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced and highly demanding environment while meeting tight deadlines;
Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with a strong focus on quality and high attention to details;
Self-starter with a passion to take initiative and the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously;
Proven record of successful projects;
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively internationally, cross-culturally, and at all levels from within and outside the organization;
Strong knowledge of information technology (MS Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; other languages, in particular Swedish, would be a definite asset.
