FMC Technologies is the world’s largest supplier of systems and equipment for subsea oil and gas production. The demand for our systems is increasing, and we are seeking the sharpest minds to take our game-changing technology even further.

It is important for FMC Technologies to have employees who, beside having technical skills, also have cross-functional knowledge about our products, business processes and interfaces within the organization. People who are able to see the “big picture” in a complex organization like FMC Technologies, are valuable assets. This, however, demands many years of experience. Our Graduate Engineering Program is designed to speed up the development process by offering Graduate Engineers two year on-the-job training and rotation between our departments. We offer the graduates established employment from day one, challenging tasks in a dynamic professional environment, and close follow-up by a mentor during the entire course of the program.

For 2013 we have 28 Engineering Graduate vacancies in the following departments:

Well Access Systems, Manifold and Pipeline Systems, Controls and Data Management, Well Intervention Services, Subsea Process Systems and Production Performance Services. Please go to our website for more detailed descriptions of the different positions.

Required skills:
We seek people with background from different fields within engineering on a Bachelor or Master level (please see position description). We also rely on them to be highly motivated and proactive, with excellent communication skills. Candidates should be technically oriented, and able to work systematically and independently with good implementation and cooperation skills. We also require good written and oral skills in English.

Please state clearly in your application which position(s) you are applying for. The candidates we are seeking are ambitious, dedicated, and eager to contribute, both technically, and to our work environment. Together with your graduate colleagues you will be the Graduate Engineering Group of 2013, working together and independently to reach both your own and the company’s goals.
