We are looking for an HR generalist with at least 5 years of experience of working with broad HR tasks in Sweden. The right person will be supporting the Swedish market as a part of the global HR team with focus on building and maintaining a high quality HR function for the entire business. The right person is a dedicated people person with a natural focus on problem solving. Who also sees the benefits of being a part of a great team where supporting each other is one of the key strengths. An ability to operate and deliver successfully across the full spectrum of HR activities from administration through to the coaching and support of senior management.
The position is a maternity cover for 12 month.
Policies & Procedures & Reporting - Implement human resources policies, programs and procedures; Administer policies relating to all phases of human resources activity; Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
Employee relations - Support employees in their work and employment related questions and concerns
Management coaching ? Support managers in their day to day work; Advise management on issues or problems relating to employees; Coach managers in leadership and HR related issues
Operational HR ? Administration of employee records, HR-system and payroll, according to local legal requirements. Maintain a group-wide compensation and benefit program including salary review, payroll, staff budget, insurances etc.
Recruitment ? Understanding of the local market and ability to support the Recruitment manager as needed.
Employment law ? Ability to see when there may be a legal issue and find and understand necessary HR legal information (employment, tax, immigration etc.)
HR Administration ability ? Attention to detail; Good working knowledge of MS Office; Ability to administrate an HR budget; Ability to support company growth; Ability to administrate succession planning and talent management
Good relationship building skills - Cooperates when working with other people; Creates a good dialogue when communicating with employees and colleagues; Creates a productive work environment; Dares to handle conflicts; Inspires trust; Is able to understand how others think and feel; Addresses problems as soon as they arise; Displays awareness of the multi-cultural perspective within the organization; Treats people equally and fairly; Ability to build good relationships, trust and mutual respect over both geographical and hierarchical boundaries.
Language skills ? Very good English and Swedish, both verbally and written, are required.
