Be our ultimate user advocate
Deliver service and support to end-users over multiple channels (Facebook, Twitter, and more) using Desk.com
Work with users to resolve product or service problems by: empathizing with the user; understanding their problems; determining the cause; providng the best solution; and relentlessly following up (internal " external) to ensure resolution.
Work with the product team to define user stories for common bugs, product opportunities, and so on. Skill and Knowledge Qualifications
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good
Effective listening skills
Speak and write clearly, accurately, and concisely
Self-motivated " work independently (we°re a startup after all!)
Be comfortable liaising and working with our team in San Francisco, USA
Ability to remain patient and understanding despite
Knowledge of relevant software applications such as Microsoft Office and iWork
Fluent in English " Swedish. Knowledge of German " French a major plus. Education and/or Experience
College or University degree
2+ years related experience
